I have had my machine for about two years & it is a gem. The butter is potent & aromatic. Many happy people around here have enjoyed my ginger snaps. I recommend a second pair of thick rubber gloves & a strainer with a handele to place in the bowl with spout. I make it in 2 cup containers & freeze it.
